Just run the girls (dogs) round the block literaly as it started to pour down and I had soft pumps on and no jacket/coat on just a tshirt.....I know I know its almost winter  anyhow as I turned to come home the rain started so I hurried as I approached the back gate I let the leads go to open the gate.
Sal and Tess pottered outside I wanted them to come in so I stood there in the rain and said

"Right I'm counting too 3 then thats it I'm going in", and proceeded to count "3 .....2.....2& half..." (as they showed no inclination)...then I realised the chap from opposite was stood watching me I smiled said "Alright" called the girls who came and when I shut the gate I cracked up laughing at the look on his face.

Whats worse is he was the same chap who caught me talking to thin air (well I was talking to Oscar my cat) a couple of years ago but Oz was out of sight, so I think he thought I was talking to myself.

I swear since then everytime I do something "odd" he's about.

He was the one who saw me trying to work out the height of a tree with the broom, shouting up at an empty window which should have contained my Mom to see if that was the right place . Me jumping in puddles with Lewis (my nephew)singing at the tops of my voice "Singing in the rain" but Lou had stopped jumping and singing on seeing the chap I didn't :rolleyes:well I wouldn't have stopped anyhow it was great fun.:cool:
And he's the chap I jumped out on thinking it was Dave (my OH) at halloween, in full witches gear mind you that scared the life out of him.....
Not to mention when I saw him when I tried to rescue the hedgehog out of the drain....and shouted at him to pass me the dustbin lid....and he did then rushed off.

Thinking about it he may be stalking me.... or maybe he goes out thinking lets hunt the looney (ie me).

:-D :-D He is probably terrified of you! And worried about what you are going to do next, otherwise he would just laugh at you and make casual conversation about catching you in embarrassing situations, (unless he is just shy) I know that is what I would do if I saw you. :-D

Nope, lucky you have a O/H as I think this guy would run for his life. :-D He obviously likes the quiet types.

Sounds like a plot from one of those soppy books. The woman always starts off thinking the bloke is a jerk...... then... you know the rest.
And they always laugh about it later.

Ahhh Ha update update update......the chaps wife spoke to me today in the corner shop as I was buying the paper (usless info but hey any ifo is good:rolleyes:) anyhow seems I know her ie seen her around, she said "Sean thinks you are really funny" I looked at her and said "Right okay" complete blank look on m face  and she said "he's the chap who you scared at Halloween...." then it sunk in to my head:eek: a light bulb moment we left the shop together and she said "he says I saw the "happy woman again" and when he told me where you lived I knew who you were"

So he does not think I am crazy or a stalker and he is walking around due to recovering from a motorbike crash and told to walk, as part of his physio  so seems his name is Sean and he's an okay bloke.

I told her to tell him next time to join i if I am jumping in puddles or at least join in the singing.....she left laughing......

ROFL.  Glad we are not alone.  I got caught by my neighbour this weekend telling my two that I was going to stop their pocket money (treats) for stealing my bath sponge and eating it.
