I have bought the Pippa Funnel stud farm inheritance game on PC and im sad to say that i am already stuck!!!

I'm looking for a Mr Schrivners??? home? He rung my characters mob. and she couldnt get adress etc..? found the phone book now got to find the house!!! Any help on where it actually is??

P.S. Can you breed the horses you own together? I presume you can, being a Stud Farm? But how and when are you allowed to breed horses?
