I have a very weird question!!
I ordered this whistle from the net...
Now I used to have one but I can not remember which number it was.
The sound that whistle made was a sharp peep that was quite loud.
The one I have here makes real "airy" sound. I can just blow and blow and no loud sound comes out(just very slight whistling with loads of air) the old one that would have broken your ears!
I mean it is not like the sharp peep the previous one made.

Now the question is:rolleyes::
210.5, is it supposed to sound like this or have I got a faulty one??
Could somebody try to describe the sound their 210.5 makes :)?

It sounds faulty to me.

Definitely faulty.  The 210.5 makes the sort of noise you've described, I've got one I think - might be a pitch above or below, but the Acme ones are all quite piercing (have used most of the pitches in the past).

I did think it must be faulty but didn't want to send it back, get a replacement and find out it actually is supposed to be like that!

def faulty the 210.5 is quite a highpitch whistle and the 211.5 is a deeper high pitch if that makes sense. Souns like it has cracked along the seam. Send it back
