Cr*p!!
As it produces more Cr*p from your dog
Its made from cr*p
it tastes like cr*p (so my dogs tell me!)

Chappie is better (my own opinion) if your friend is looking for a cheaper food then most. x

Wagg may be cr*p food but I had a bitch fed on it for about the last 8 years of her life.
Her cr*p was fine, not excessive, not particularly smelly, she was never ill in her life,
happy, energetic, neither over weight nor skinny, oh and she lived to 17,
can't be THAT bad?

colours in the food....there needn't be colours added to any dog food, only to look nicer to the human eye and seem appealing to us...

not the greatest food in the world but can always be worse!

i thought it was stuff like animal deratives that you had to watch out for in the dry food?!

wouldn't touch it with a barge pole..
packaging trying to look too much like another well known brand imo

I'm not sure on other factories but animal deratives ect in our place is actually the carcasses or the trim (they get sold off to make gravy ect) and considering barf feeders feed carcasses lol i dont see the difference.. :)

>i thought it was stuff like animal deratives that you had to watch out for in the dry food?!

Yup,any un named source should be avoided.look for named ingredients like beef meal or chicken meal.Like i said "meat" meal could be anything??

>but animal deratives ect in our place is actually the carcasses or the trim

Mygirl do you work for a pet food company, and can you tell me exactly what it is when a food lists "animal derivatives"?

>and considering barf feeders feed carcasses lol i dont see the difference.

The difference is one is fresh and identifiable, the other is not. One(carcass) has 1 heart,2 kidney's,fresh bone etc,the other(dry food derivatives) could be a bunch of feathers, beaks, hooves or none or all of the above. If the manufacture wont even disclose what it is then i am not going to feed it!
