How are we all doin?

I've lost 27 pound to date and my aim a couple of weeks ago was to lose 14 pound for xmas (1 pound a week). Ive since lost 4 pound in 2 weeks so Im well on track.

Just bought a new cook book as well so I'll be trying those recipes out!

Anyone else sticking to it???

Fantastic tracey, brilliant!  Well done!  And me?

Atrociously :D :D

I've been working on just cutting out my problem foods - sugar/sweeteners and caffeine - and I've more or less managed it, now the challenge is cutting down on how much I eat as I eat waaaay too much!  Fortunately I do have the four tearaways and a physically demanding job :p

Course, seeing as my aim was to have lost 20lbs by last sunday... and I've lost 1lb... no, it's not going to plan! :p  I have slipped today, as I had no bad food on my birthday on Sunday I had it today instead, so there are chocolate wrappers about the place :p

But I'll be back on track tomorrow, hopefully by christmas I'll be where I should be.  No, scratch that, I WILL be where I should be!  I've had enough now.  I have clothes awaiting wearage, a name to be changed and dancing to start in the new year!

Also watched the Diet Doctors earlier and it gave me a little kick up the bum :p

Ermmmmm....does the chocolate diet work??!!!!!!

;-)  Yep!  It will as long as you jog, then swim, then play tennis, then you can have a nice cream tea, (Yum, Yum) another swim and dog walk, and hey you'll loose lb's. :-) Easy!

Or you could eat healthy and just dog walk, depends how much exercise you can take.

Ummm mine lasted a week.  I've set a date for Monday to be the start of my diet again, although I'm doing a bit more exercising now.

I have tried every diet to and if I didnt lose enought I got board and started to cheat and then gave up. But I have to say now I am payng a arm and leg every week for this diet I am determined to stick to it. And with such great weight loss in such a short time to you are encouraged to try.

I like the chocolate diet but I think you have to walk something like 500 miles to work of a Mars Bar lol Dont think my knees could stand that.

Well done, I have lost almost a stone by cutting out coke out of my diet. I was drinking about 2lt a day, surprised I have any teeth left lol.

Here's a random snippet to put you off chocolate - apparently, chocolate and caffeine both block iron absorption, and iron is a very important nutrient!

It was on that Diet Doctors program :D Might explain why I'm such a pale person - I'm sure I get enough iron (love my meat :p), but chocolate and tea have been the mainstay of my diet for so long :D given up the tea, just the chocolate to go and I might start to look more like a normal person and less like a goth!  lol :D :D

Come on girls you can do this! I absolutely love food and used to finish off everyone else's dinners after mine. I never had an 'off' button to tell me I was full but now I try and weigh things so that I keep my portions in control.

I think you have to work out what works for you. I love sauces on my dinners but obviously sauces are quite bad. Oxo gravy is not bad at all and I use things like macaroni cheese on steak instead of a sauce (sounds gross but I bet you try it!) Its delicious!! (Obviously you have to choose the healthier version!)

If anyone wants any advice PM me and we'll have a chat!

Good luck.

Tracey x
