Hi border collies should not be bred from at 12 months old.They need to be at least 18 months old to have their eyes tested for PRA and this should be done as well as hip scores before they are bred from.Most breeders will not export without meeting you personally and satisfying themselves that you have the knowledge that they would require to sell you one of their precious dogs.Gillian
