Well Hudson was up to his usual tricks of charging around as though he hadnt had a days training in his life :D However , managed to get a look at his dad and realised just where the manicness comes from :D

Managed to meet Jane and Storm at long last .....you wouldn't believe that calm Storm and Thuggy were brothers :) Also met Steph briefly :)

Hudson managed a 3rd in PD (out of 3) and 2nd in Novice (out of 2)

;)

Stephen took him in the ring rather than me as Hudson decided he wanted to play with ALL the other dogs *sigh* Hats off to Stephen though who has never done anything like that before ..he did really well.

Bet that you had more fun than any of the other Mals though :D

What were the other results Melody?

How did Scout do, Melody? Who is prepared to put the whole results on here?Any offers? There must be someone out there who will feel sorry for me and Jacquie who didn't go.

Speaking of mals...does anyone know which breeder gets to boast about their Mals appearing in "Monarch Of The Glen"? I noticed they had a malamute in a crate a couple of episodes ago, they released it into the wolf pen where it miraculously changed into a wolf....I know I really should get out more! The mal community is such a close one I just wondered if the mals belong to any one I'd heard of.
The one in the box was a sibe?..oh dear,is it new glasses, new aerial for the TV or a diet plan for the dog.......

As Sarah said the dog in Monarch of the Glen is a Sibe and it belongs to Fiona Maxwell and Steve Lindsay

Just had a look at your homepage Neil.
Atka is looking lovely :) She is one of the prettiest babies that I have ever seen :)
- By mac [gb] Date 23.09.02 11:02 UTC
Naomi

She doesn't look like that that anymore, she's completely out of coat and changed colour, she also seams to have stopped growing, her sister is now much wider than her, she'll probably have her season soon and then start growing again.

Glad to see Kiera is doing so well in the shows

Hi all, Chewi got fourth in Junior - out of four. The horrible beast stood very nicely but decided that whilst moving, he was going to misbehave atrociously. :O We think it was my number card as he kept jumping up and vocalising at the nasty thing atached to his mum's chest. As soon as I took it off outside the ring, he was reasonably behaved and didn't jump up at all, but still very vocal. :mad I was so embarassed as he has never behaved that badly in his life.

Anyway I spoke to a few people outside the ring and was told not to give up but keep trying. One man said he had the same problems with his dog at that age and knew exactly how I felt.

On the way home we stopped at Peter's mother, who is in her 80's and very frail and part blind. Chewi was an absolute angel. He laid his head on her lap and let her take him round the house. What a Jekyll and Hyde!

He knows he showed us up yesterday as he keeps looking at me and being very apologetic, loving and smoochie.

As Jayne said, has anyone got the full results? Little hope of them being on the club site :(
- By Melodysk [gb] Date 23.09.02 08:39 UTC
I think Jane stayed until about 3pm so she will probably have the full results but she is maybe at work?

Malaroo Sara ...Malaroo :D

Never seen so many Mals in one place before and it was good to see Hudson (whilst being one of the most vocal) wasnt on his own in the singing stakes :D

If there had been a kangaroo class, I think Chewi would have won it paws down! There should also have been a class for the mal who could announce his presence the loudest;)
