I can't believe how cold it went this evening in West Wales.  We'd had warm sunshine all day (I even went for a paddle in the sea!)  Then about 6pm, the weather changed....we had hail stones, I can't believe how heavy it was, they were bouncing at least a foot off the ground!!

It's sad to say, but I've had the fire going tonight.  It's been really bitter.  Never usually have the open fire going until about November, so this is strange to me.  I've got a big fleece on too!

There's a thick frost on my car this morning, the first of the winter. And I'm having a new boiler etc put in today so am not going to have any heating for two days brrrrrrrrrrrr

Cold here in South Wales too.  Not cold enough for a fire or heating last night, but I actually wore a fleece when out walking after 6 and by 10 pm it was really chilly!
