Hi Carolyn
Cababas were my staple diet while at school. The were delicious:) :) :)
And a funny story about how my horse that I had as a kid was named, he was bought without a nice name so I changed it. A meaner horse I had never met!!!, take a chunk out of you as soon as look at you and sometimes rather than look at you. So obviously he had to be called Humphrey.
As in 'Watch out, Watch out, theres a Humphrey about...........................ouch

Melody,
I liked fruit Spangles. My sister preferred the Old English Ones.
What about Aztec bars? Remember them? I loved them.
Dot
Whatever happened to:-
5boys?
Chewing-gum where every 4th customer got an extra packet out of the machine?
Cherry-Lips?
Floral Gums?
Sarsaparilla from the Temperance bar?
Kaili?
Lucky bags?
Dib-Dabs?
Flying Saucers?
Revills? What were the all chocolate ones that you could buy by themselves?
Fetching bread from the bakery and eating the corners on the way home?
Treets before they were Minstrels?
Dairy milk chocolate in 1d sticks?
Must start racking my brain now for some more <<G>> as this was 'Off the Top-of-my-Head'
Dawn

Can still get Lucky bags but a different type ...also flying saucers still around .....saw Dib Dabs on the market ...
:)
