Could anyone please suggest a good english cocker book,with pictures and information on grooming and other cocker stuff!

There are so many Cocker books, Sandy - you can take your pick :-) A good budget buy is Frank Kane's Pet Owners Guide to The Cocker Spaniel. You could also try Cocker Spaniel by Haja van Wessem or Cocker Spaniels Today by Joyce Caddy

The books Jane has suggested are excellent. I use Frank Kane's book for really good general advice and Joyce Caddy's for helping view different lines etc. Both are really really good and essential for any serious Cocker owner, pet or show.
