Anyone got a quick and easy recipe for paella, I have some lovely smoked fish and fancy this for dinner tonight? any sugestions?:cool:

Sorry, bit late , but...

Go to LIDL, check freezers, locate Paella and purchase, then add smoked fish when you cook it :D  Don't forget the lemon wedges ;)  It's easily as good as that served in La Tasca :D :D

Thanks for you tips, I did a "Chuck it in and see" dish with garlic onions some fresh veg and rice with a pint of fish stock then threw the fish in at the last mo' to heat it through and it was wonderful...:cool: Now would that be nearer kedgeree or paella? :confused::confused:

LOL - kedgeree has curry powder and hard-boiled eggs in it (as well as onion, rice etc) so not really like it :D :D

never ever  heard of anyone doing that before....we always use turmeric.......dont fancy it with curry powder atall:eek:

It's fantastic with curry powder :) :) You don't put lots in, just enough to flavour rather than make it hot. Have had it like that all my 52 years :D :D We have it for supper, not breakfast tho' :)
