I've been invited to judge later in the year and I think I'd like to provide a breed related keepsake, for Best of Breed and Best Puppy in Breed. I don't want to spend a fortune or anything, but can anyone suggest something suitable.

I noticed on ebay there were some breed-associated ring clips, I was browsing for my breed and saw them, but they do others too??

I have spent a lot of time idly browsing through e-bay whilst ensconced in whelping room with my girl

I know someone who does ringclips and if you had a good photo of your own dog if it's the same breed they'd be able to do it from there.

Hi Dawn....go here........... http://www.passionfordogs.co.uk/   fantastic stuff for not much money, i use them all the time for judges gifts, the items come from Australia but are usually with me about 6 days after ordering and payment....lots of choice, and the yankee stuff is ace!

Some of the things we have got before from judges or given have been:

Paper weights with the breed
free standing glass with pencil type sketches of breed on them
statues
photo's (of your ow dog taken at show and then posted to you)

Minds gone blank now so can't think! LOL It's been traditioni now for many years that club show judges will provide some small keepsake for the class winners and main winners :)

Or how about donating some really nice rosettes, or a nice trophy?

Why not get nice sashes made up in breed colours or colours that will compliment the breed?  At my breeds champ show each year, friends in NZ donate a lovely big sash with gold printing etc. on it which makes a change from the normal rosettes you get here.

I got a very pretty little china pillbox once, also trophies with the breed standing on top. :-)
