  Boy pups has had another funny turn today.  Looked as though he was having a fit, he was fast asleep and breathing heavily, managed to get him round and it was though he was actually being sick in his sleep and he had the funny turn because it was all in his throat and up his nose!  He's been bringing up small amounts of sick through his nose.  Seems OK as such still has a little play when we talk to him.  Just feel that it's not going to end in a good way.  He's such a sweetie and we were going to keep him no matter what because he's so small.  We've even had to seperate him from his sister and she's bullying him now.

Sick was still coming through his nose last night but he's back to his old self again today.  Just got back after playing with him and he's on full form at the moment :d

Glad to hear he's better today :)  He's certainly a little trooper!!  Hope he continues to thrive and stops giving you and your Mum sleepless nights ;-)

Well no matter what happens he won't be leaving my parents home.  He's so tiny but as I say seems a lot better today.  Carmen, Chacha's sister jumped into the pen with him this afternoon and just let him chew at her legs, she's a bit of a nutter :d  She just stood there with her dumbell still in her mouth!

Think Carmen is geeing him along :-D I hope the little guy keeps improving.

Keeping everything crossed for him.  Good old Carmen, sounds as nutty as her sister (who just lurves puppies).  Let us know how he goes.

Is that her sister Bri then?  RU Caroline in disguise???  :d  Well he's still with us but very tiny.  His sister is still doing quite well at the moment!  We've got everything crossed and yes Carmen certainly in NUTTY with a capital N!

Wasn't aware I was in disguise:confused:  I did introduce myself a while back but you were probably to busy telling eveyone how wonderful Bri was at Windsor (would like a huge grin now but haven't got the right smiley face up) so

:d :d  Now :d I can do!

Pup is now 9 weeks old today, unfortunately mum's taking him to the vets tomorrow we think that there's something wrong with his mouth as he makes a really weird noise when he eats, his back teeth look really big compared to the rest of him so it's a will have to wait and see scenario again.  He's certainly a little fighter though bless him.

keeping everything crossed for your little man xx

Fingers crossed for the little one.

Ahh thanks Julie and everyone else.  Well he's got the vets baffled, they all had to have a look and then a listen to him eating.  They can't see anything so again more a wait and see solution.  If he pulls through then he will have to have an x-ray.  My mum asked if the vets thought that she was being cruel keeping him going but they said he looked a happy little pup and didn't see why she shouldn't carry on with him the way that he is.

Unfortunately he's not too great today, don't know whether it's the infectin but his little eyes are closed and he's not a happy sole today, although he's still wagging his tail etc. when you speak to him.  I have a bad feeling that my mum's going to have to call it a day.  Hiopefully it's just the antibiotics getting rid of the infection that he must have, I'm hoping that this is the case rather than him giving in.

His litter sister on the otherhand is absolutely mental and her favourite past time is swinging around on her ball on the rope, she's a horror!

Hi,

How is the little guy today?
- By BusyDoggs [gb] Date 06.08.07 07:44 UTC
I was just about to ask the same ...
- By perrodeagua [gb] Date 06.08.07 17:08 UTC
Thanks for asking but unfortunately things are not good!  His eyes have now opened but he looks blind, again don't know whether this is the infection that's clouded his eyes over.  I've not seen him yet, just phoned my mum earlier.  He's still acknowledging people and coming when called but he's not really eating much now and it's just the supplement that's keeping him alive, though he does love that!  I'll pop and see him tomorrow and see how he is.
