What are they called in english????

I mean often when the dog (especially giant breeds) is fed wrongly as a pup their front legs kind of turn outwards...
I tried googling this but just do not know what it is called :rolleyes:
Can anybody help!

Do you mean a Quen Ann Front?  taken from the Kennel clubs website glossary of terms:
"Queen Anne Front (Chippendale Front) Forelegs bowed and out at elbows, pasterns close and feet turned out"
