Has anyone got a pair of these? What do you think of them? I am very tempted to buy a pair but would like to know if they really are as comfortable as everyone says. Thanks :)

My sister LOVES these but I don't ...however, if you buy some ...look what you can get to decorate them:
HERE:D :D :D
Ooh they look great. Will let you know if I get any. Am off to try some on after I take my daughter to rugby :)

I secretly tried on a pair in the shoe shop,as wanted to see what all the fuss was about, and they were comfy, but i would never in a million years be seen in a pair out in public

They would have to be the most tackiest, fugliest, cheapest looking footwear brought out in years! And when i see guys wearing them,it just makes me cringe, what are they thinking??? Instance Turn Off...
I'm no shoe snob,i only own 3 pairs,so it's not that,i just think they are nasty looking things, and there has got to be a comfy nicer looking equivilant??

Well I love them even if they do look a bit silly but if I wearing scruffs which is most of the time then I don't really care what people think ;) :D :D
They are extremely comfy and a BIG bonus is that my feet never smell

They are easy to clean , just straight under the tap :D

I'm one of the last people anyone'd call 'smartly dressed' ;) but wear Crocs? No chance. :D

Hate to say it, but I'm coming round from wondering why on earth anybody would be seen dead in them. Wouldn't go for the jazzy colours, but am considering a staid pair, as everyone raves about how comfy they are.
M.

What ARE these things? :) Never heard of them.

Same here, (scratches head in confused manner)

They're clumpy plasticky-looking 'trendy' shoes that look very much like gardening clogs/galoshes.

I got a pair a few weeks ago, essentially for dog walking. I have been wearing them indoors ever since. :) They really are as comfy as they say and I think will be ideal for dog walks (not used them yet for that, been too wet) but I decided I didn't want to wear the at Crufts despite the comfort because of the look. :)

I do like them but they look
highly chewable
and a pigs ear would probably last longer in the chewing stakes :D :D :D

Well mine survived the Dudley chewer and she has polished off about ten pairs of flip flops so far but these remained most intact bar a few teeth marks :D :D
Mine are black ones :)
Ordered a pair of navy blue caymans off the internet last night. Can't wait for them to arrive

how are they for sizing does anyone know I,m a 6 and a half so do I go for sevens or sixes and hope for the best as I have a wide foot and a horrible little toe that really gives me jip someties.

This should help. Bizarre that they're not actually meant to touch your feet (apart from underneath, of course, before some smart alec points that out). Do they not slip off?

OOH I love David but hate Crocs! I'd talk him out of wearing them! My friend at work said her and her OH had bought a pair as they're in Prague at the moment and were wearing them there! It's a vision I can do without! OOH I just don't like them and always wear heels so I can imagine they are really comfie and I would really like them but just don't do casuals!

I have them, they are fantastic with bare feet, I work in a hospital and the amount of staff wearing them is huge.
My daughter has been wearing them since last year and they just go on and on.
Karen

The mother of the groom wore a pink pair to a wedding we attended last summer.

does anyone know if they are a wide fitting or standard
By LJS
Date 13.03.07 09:47 UTC

The are wide fitting which means I can wear a size 7 as normally have to wear a size 8 as my feet are quite wide :)
Just got my crocs and I know they look awful but they are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo comfortable!! Not sure that I have the right size though but I will have to get the next size down when I order my next pair :)

>Why do they look awful Just because somebody says they do
errr.........no ;) but as long as you are happy Lucy reckon it is no worse than me wearing my trackie bottoms which are not quite Juicy Couture :D
aah come on Lucy you can't say they are attractive ;) As you can see I am not a follower of fashion and don't listen to what people say because I have got a pair and plan to buy many many more. Now I am off to the Jibbitz website so that I can buy some decorations to put on them :)
Well Lucy you are in good company as I'm intending to get a pair this summer :P
I think they are fab for being casual and I will use mine for going out in the canoe and maybe dog walking and relaxing around
wherever I may be.
I can see why peeps think they aren't pretty but I think they have a certain charm of their own :D

Wore my crocs to take kids to school this morning and noticed a rip in the strap!!!!!!!!!

I am having to send them back and get a new pair. Now I have had them on I don't think I can cope for a couple of days without them. What am I to do? LOL
>me wearing my trackie bottoms<

that has just
totally shattered my illusions!!

Ive always imagined Isabel as a bit of a Kirstin Scott Thomas (perhaps it was the bob).... Now she's Sporty Spice!! ;)
Lucy.... wear with pride who gives a fig when comfort is premium :D good for you!
Im toying with getting some to wear when Im swimming with the dogs in summer... will they be any good in that instance would you say?

Being honest that is the only thing that puts me off them. :-) My sister in law wore hers the whole holiday in Tenerife ( we all went together) and they just hit you in the face all the time. She had bright orange ones though :-)

Finally..Ive bought some!! ('Smuggy Smug-erson' with the money Ive saved from not smoking :) )
Pale pink ones for work (Kahki green ones for swimming with the dogs)
OOOOOOOooooooooh Ive been walking on a fluffy cloud of marshmallows all day... bliss!! :D
I love them!!
as you look down they do look Collosal though

and my students took the mick all day saying I had giant pink pasties on my feet  :D
Now do I go get the little Huskies to pin on them Goldmali posted a link too.... (well I cant look any worse can I!!??)

I bought baby blue ones when on holiday .......in fact I bought 3 pairs - one pair for me, one pair for OH, and one pair for Nik and I paid a total of USD60 for all three pairs

- and yes, they are the genuine crocs!
I'm finding that they are doing my weak ankle a world of good - its no longer rolling in and so I'm finishing the day with non-swollen ankles - can't be bad!
So they do like like big blue clogs - but the ankles in them are trim :D :D :D

You're both talking me into them. Didn't find any golden jibbits though.

I have a daisy jibbet in mine.

Does any one if the pretend crocs are any good?

Closest I've found is brownish Labrador that kinda looks a bit like a dark Golden. :)
I never bought any for mine though, mine are starting to look rather well used! I have 4 litters of kittens right now (sounds a lot but just 10 on total so only like a litter of pups, and much cleaner LOL -oldest goes to his new home this weekend) and for some odd reason the 3 oldest kittens start shaprening their claws on my Crocs every time I walk into their room with them on!!

I bought some pretend Crocs on Ebay, and haven't taken them off for the past week. I love them, and will be buying another pair!
I have a pair of pretend crocs and a pair of real crocs and they are both very comfortable. As for the jibbitz well I went a bit mad really and have bought quite a few LOL

Right - you've all persuaded me...but being a mean scots lass I've bought the pretend ones off ebay too :D Bought some pretty jibbitz thingymaboabs also - just to make them even more ridiculous looking ;) Can't wait till they arrive to test drive them.

I want some now! They look pretty ugly but sometimes ugly becomes attractive I've noticed!
Can't decide what colour or even what style :D
