.............What does everyone think?

Don't they look odd now? One's bloated, another's triangular ...

I'd rather tear my skin off and bathe in salt than listen to them regurgitating "I tell ya wha i want what I really really want".
I might watch them wobble onto the stage - preceded by Posh's falsies - with the sound turned down, just for a laugh though :D

My 13yr old can't wait and would love tickets! Me I'm not bothered either way, never a fan the first time around and doubt I will be this time, but then again I'm a miserable so and so when it comes to music but seen plenty of acts alongside her, Avril Lavigne was surprisingly very good in concert, but the likes of Blue, McFly and Busted well I'm sure I could have found something better to do!

I think its a bit sad really things never seem as good as you remember the first time around.
Oh Craigles I,ve just noticed your signature chin up two pounds is not much I put on one and a half pounds this week, got so cold and dirty at Blackpool show I decided to give myself a break from dieting now I,m getting back to it:rolleyes:

Oh Craigles I,ve just noticed your signature chin up two pounds is not much But it is probably muscle craigles - all that running with Lea :)
Oldilocks I'm going to be different, I actually really liked the Spice Girls, they have all been quite sad human beings since the break up of the group in trying to carve out their solo careers one way or another and even though some have had a little success it never would match the group thing.
I actually think this revival although at the moment just for one day might be the making of them
all again, as a group they were brilliant, IMO I would actually like to see them be a massive hit and stay together to make some more good songs.
Take That have resurrected brilliantly and they were just as big previously I say go for it and I hope they are a massive hit.
My boys would be so embarrassed if they read this.

I thought that Posh looked ridiculous :D :D :D The others were dressed reasonably normally - but Posh was in skin-tight, black leather (?)trousers and a bustiere which she kept pushing up (I suppose to stop her over-large boobs popping out over the top). She was continually posing and looked absolutely ridiculous :D :D :D Talk about mutton dressed as lamb :D :D :D Poor kids having a mother who looks like that :D :D No, I won't be going to the concert :)
Daisy

I won't be going either although I am going to Take That's in December :d I think Posh Spice looks a mess and a terrible role model for this country. She's as bad as Kate Moss in my eyes, another woman where I just can't see what people see in her

She does look odd and very ill at ease with herself.

Now I am Jealous,
Take That anyday over the spice girls

I loved them the first time around and love the new stuff they have written this time around

My eldest daughter (nearly 19) said they should rename themselves as 'The middle age mingers'

and she actually enjoyed them first time round
'The middle age mingers'That's made my evening!
I think Victoria looks like mutton dressed as lamb, apologies to all sheep reading this.

I'm not quiet sure who they will appeal to this time around. My daughter loved them when she was young but now she is 16 she's embarrassed that she ever liked them. Younger kids won't remember them from ten years ago. I think it will be a disaster.
In reply to ChristineW and using the words of Dolly Parton................"It takes a lot of money to look as trashy as that!!" :) :)

I watched the interview yesterday and see Ginger is still as gobby :D

I loved them when I was 13/14 and Im really pleased they are doing a final tour! :)
Doubt Ill get tickets though.
LOL daisy...........thats exactly what I thought! Posh really has become a skinny, posing clothes horse robot with 'megga' boob inplants since the group split up, and I gather she is 'controling' it all......mind you, with the money on offer I don't blame them for getting together again ;)

I stole this from someone else:
Then............Now
----------------------
posh...........Total Snob spice
scary..........Wierd as they get spice
Baby...........Middle-age-spread Spice
Ginger.........Mousy going grey Spice
Sporty.........Zimmer spice
pmsl :D

The real Baby Spice is the one in old Baby Spice's tum, isn't it? :D
Love it carla! Personally i think they should be 'Out of sell by date Spice' :D :D :P

Depends on how they do it! If it's more 'girl power' rubbish, then I for one won't be following them... if it's more like 'Spice Women' with decent songs then maybe I will :D Take That did it right I think - they came back and seem to be carving an image that matches their more mature selves, rather than trying to recreate the boy band days. I'm a fan now - 10 years ago I couldn't stand them!

They said on the news that the Spice Girls' tour won't include any new material

As they are'nt going to be using any NEW material perhaps they could borrow one of ABBA's songs -
"Money, Money, Money..." would be very appropriate I think :D :D :D

They've been quite smart - they've only booked one UK date... so its probably likely to fill. They're visiting lots of other countries where they will possibly do ok... either way it will be hailed a "success" because they won't have the shame of qtr filling wembley for 6 dates :D

He, he, I believe somebody said that "Posh Spice" should not be called "Dosh Spice" that sounds just right as I definitely wouldn't call her posh the way she looks now!

She's become a caricature of herself

She makes Barbie look like a Greenham Common woman.
'Posh' spice was never posh really though was she? :) :)

Nah - more like common as muck spice. I did like them though

once upon a time. I read somewhere they're going to pocket about 10 million each for this 'reunion' lark
