2 months ago I adopted a six month old black labrador (bitch) from the NCDL. She has brought us so much joy, especially after our previous dog had died. She has not only provided us with companionship, loyalty, fun and games but she has also been responsible for some major health style changes with 2 hours of walks per day and puppy trainning classes of an evening.
Because she is such a friendly dog and loves to socialise with other dogs we would like to adopt another dog, preferably another labrador as I am told that they will get on very well with each other. I know that we will have not just double the fun but that we will also have double the trouble and double the bills but as a family we are well prepared to take on the added responsibility.
I am however finding it difficult to obtain any details of labrador Rescue societies within the Liverpool area. If anyone knows of any please let me know so that I can get in touch and offer a good home.
Also if there is anyone out there who is looking to rehome a labrador please contact me as a good, kind home is waiting.
