Yeah, went to see George Michael last night for £2.00!!!  Fourth row up on the seats so brilliant seats too!!  Why were the tickets £2.00?  because he sent numerous free ones to the NHS, my Trust only offered about a couple for a fiver :rolleyes:  but the one down the road had 200 for £2.00!!

I'm not a big fan but have to say it was really good.  Sophie Ellis-Bexter was his supporting act and have to say she sounded better than I expected as a couple of times on TV she was out of tune but it must of been the sound men :d

Really good night in the pouring rain.  Poor Sophie was soaked in her little green dress but a great night was had by all!

This is the first concert I've even been to in my 30 odd years :d  Going to see Take That in December, can't wait!!

I had the offer of 2 FREE Muse tickets for today and we couldn;t go ...guess why? Beacuase the new Wembley stadium is a *green* one ...hardly any car parking so we would have needed to go by public transport ...except ..there are NO trains back here at midnight :(

It was actually Lynn who took me last night to see George Michael.  Traffic was horrendeous so Lynn and I did our shopping in the 24 hour Asda whilst we waited for Will.  On the way back to Lynn's we got pulled up for speeding but the copper was really nice and just talked to Will because someone had been killed on the road a few days earlier and he just wanted him to know it was a 30 mph speed limit!!

Janet went too with a friend which was really nice as she's gone through a lot this year.

Thats it, Im not talking to any of you Northerners now, wait till I see that Lynn tomorrow, not only could you have taken Terri you could have taken me too, I love George Michael, well his voice anyway and sat glued to the TV last weekend for the Bit of the New Wembley concert that they showed, GRrrrrrrrrr

George Michael is at Plymouth on tuesday but Tapestry had her puppies on Wednesday and they are too small and precious to leave with anyone else so sadly I won`t be going :( but there are still tickets available.Enjoy who ever goes from the West Country........bound to be fantastic.Gail :) :) :)

The best £160 my fella has spent is a VIP ticket for me to go and see OMD in liverpool next week!
