Sorry guys just want to share this with you.
As most of you know, I had to say goodbye to my dear boy Mika on the 17th May 2007.
His pet insurance company have still not sorted out my claim, and have recently wrote to me to ask for his full Clinical History from my other vets (I use two vets) and also for me to put in writing in detail from when Mika first became ill.
I have now completed the letter, with tears of sadness having to put in writing from start to finish what my poor boy had to go through.
My boy was never ill in his 8 years of life and his illness only started on 6th May 2007 and then I had to say goodbye to him on the 17th May 2007, I know these insurance companies do not know us from adam, but for goodness sake! they have had the report from the surgery that treated him, but now they want to drag their heels and make me sad thinking of the suffering my boy went through.
