Having joined to disassociate yourself from puppy farmers (the main aim laid out in my letter, so you are on message there :)) why would you then not let enquirers know and understand that right from the beginning.  No point in joining and hiding behind a bushel :).  Apart from anything else it gives an immediate affirmative to the 11 requirements laid out in the scheme so if purchasers are looking for more they can start straight away from that level.
