can anyone help do you have a copy of one they can send me or offer me advice on how to word an endorsement cantract for breeder etc, health testing etc before endorsements are lifted if at all

I have one I can send you- but its for sbt so therefore health tests are sbt related etc- but it may give you an idea :cool:
