Hi My girl is on Royal Canin Starter complete food is it alright because eggs fish & whelpi gives her diarrhoea she is drinking plenlty of water. Pups are doing well putting weight on nicely. What i mean is it alright just the dry food.pups are 13 days old

I would say thats perfectly ok :)  If she's doing well on it then thats great. Complete foods aren't designed to have other things added to them anyway - although many people (myself included) do.
