My parents can't properaly remember but I think that it must of been an area near where they mated their first Rough Collie and they must of liked it and took the name on as their affix which was Briarlow.  My mum and I now share it.

Mine is Tre-, which is Cornish for "home of" and an amalgam of the names of a couple of my dogs that I first started showing with.

The word anagram comes to mind :-p

My affix is both the name of the road I live in, in English, and a hint that my dogs are based on American lines; Westway's.
As my country is a member of the FCI, the affix must be approved by both my KC and FCI. Makes it hard to think of a name that's both something that's meaningful to you, and still not used by someone else. I was turned down several times, of which I'm glad today. Much prefer the affix I've got to some of my earlier suggestions :-p

Our affix is Tarragem anagram of Margaret i found the easiest way was to cut out the letters of your name  out & play around with them your sir name plays out- LONERELIC  you can only do better :-D  :-D

I wanted something to remember my mum by as she died 4 years ago so I chose her first name Jill,
and part of my family surname Wilkins and my married name Perkins Hence JILLIKINS.

We choose our breed too, Box (boxer) and the first two characters of my name ST (steph) and the first Letter of our surname (A)
