No breed on my removal pass for 3 counties. Surely for security the breed of dog needs to be on it ????? My dogs show name could be for any dog removed from the show ground. If the breed is on the pass,  then the gate staff should be matching it up with the dog passing through!!

how experienced are the gate staff on identifying different breeds of dogs ? most of them seem to be employed from security firms.

don't think they are due out til after the 4th so hopefully no need to panic yet - haven't got mine either!

I doubt most people who are on the gate at shows could recognise most breeds. mine arrived today

To be honest alot of shows, if you wanted to get a dog out there isn't just the normal entry.  Southern Counties (today) had many area's which could go straight to the carparks, just jump though a fence. 

Plus with a crowed of people going out and non dog people on gates I doubt they check anyway TBH.  Just check the correct number of dogs :)

I don't think they bother much about the breed on the pass anyway. When I entered my GSP NFC with my flat coat, he was also down as a flat coat on his pass as they benched him with the flat coats - I queried it with the pass people and they said it wouldn't be a problem that he was down as a different breed and they'd done it so the dogs could be benched together - and nobody noticed/ commented.
