We have just opened a new shop and obviously have water supply.  The water comming out of the taps looks and tastes like clohrine.  Its disgusting.  Does anyone know if you can by a testing kit to see if its safe to drink or who i would contact to get it checked im worried incase it makes people ill?   to be honest not even sure who supplys our water or how i find that out either lol

my mum and dads water has tasted like chlorine for past 20 years. Every time they complain they say it is within limits :(
So mum has used a filter jug for past 20 years :( I dont have that problem and I only live about 1/4 mile from them as crow flys!!!!
Lea :(

My Father in law has this too, apparently the chemicals in the water have to be at a certain level at the last house on the supply so the ones at the start get too much!Don't know if its true but it was certainly what he was told. The water at his house is horrible.

The supplier will be shown on your water rates bill for the premises :)
