I have been reading on here about giving your dog raw chicken or pork ribs etc. I was always told that chicken and pork bones were really bad for dogs as they can splinter and choke them. Can someone who knows advise me on the truth of this?

Bones are only dangerous if they are fed cooked - raw bones are fine :) :) :)

I know how you feel ;).

DO NOT feed COOKED chicken or pork as has already been advised. They can choke and splinter.

I feed BARF and have done for the last 4 yrs, my dogs regularly have raw chicken carcasses, wings etc, also the occasional pork rib from the butcher but ONLY raw. Never had a problem yet
