Hi, I am looking for a Coton puppy from the UK to become the first Coton in Hawaii for my 7 yr old daughter. We can escort the puppy back in person. My Daughter is hoping for a puppy for her 8th Birthday in Oct. We have been researching the Coton for 2 yrs and have talked to many owners in the states. Hawaii only allows us to bring in a puppy without the long quarantine from the UK as your rabie guidelines match ours. Please Help!!!!! thank you! Carole at xsres@aol.com
