my cat was sick last night (all over the sofa  ) she isnt sick very often but what bothered me is what was in her sick, it looked like worms long bluey, grey ones and some reddish ones.  Now could this be worms? or the intestines of the last creature she ate ? She was last wormed at the end of February so isnt due again until end of May but she does hunt alot and this time of year lives on baby rabbits and rats :p  do you think it would be worth worming her early just in case? she does seem to have lost weight but she was getting a bit porky so ive stopped leaving food out for her all day and also she is losing her winter coat so is looking a bit sleaker anyway.

Im not sure, I worm with drontal and im sure its every 3 months but typically ive got a stack of dog wormers and no cat ones.  I think I will have a look online.

i use drontal worming tablets as well on my dogs and cat.  I went to check the packaging for you and then remembered that my puppy had chewed it!  I normally worm the cat every 3 months as I've jsut checked the calander and he isnt due for a while yet

My cat is a real real hunter, frequently has tapeworm! YUK!!! I worm every three months, unless I see he has worms anyway, then do it regardless of how long it has been since last wormed! All the best, Dawn

PS If you visit Hyperdrug, they usually post out same day and I have found their service excellent!
