At a show either SKC or All about Dogs last year I saw collars which were decorated with sparkly stuff for all the world like these knitted scarfs with sequins among the yarn. Thing is I can't remember which stall it was on and I'd really like to buy one on line as I need it before SKC.

Anyone any ideas?
