I just cant decide!!
I was planning to keep a male from my girls litter she had a week ago, as I would like to campaign in the showring.
But although pups are only a week old, I am falling in love with a female pup as well as a male!!!
I just dont know what to do! I cant really keep both so really confused and have not yet looked for a home for ever pup until I know what I am doing!
I know it is early days yet and pups still have a lot of developing to do so I am hoping this will help me with my decision!
The girl pup has fantastic markings on her for the breed, and so does two of the boys!!
Has anyone ever been here having two pups they cant make their mind up on?

I would consider markings after conformation, temperament and type.  You need to ask someone who has successfully bred quality pups to help you assess if any of the pups are good enough when they are 7-8 weeks old.  All pups look lovely but that doesn't mean that they have show potential. :)

And if you do decide at the end that you want both a boy and a girl, you could always let one go out on breeding terms, if its an option? Just a thought :)

I will sit patiently and wait for them reach 7 weeks and then ask a breed expert thank x

It's one thing to assess adults but a completely different skill to assess show potential pups. :)

Don't forget though that the markings on this breed are important in the show world so it does have to be a faeture too!

Is it possible to find a show home for the one you don't keep and keep it in partnership?
