I have just had the schedule this morning for the show Aug17th etc....!.............i'm sitting here freezing and wishing the next 3 weeks away until i get in the Cypriot sun and in plops the post!...............i know entries close 25th june but dont you think this is a tad early!....even though i keep schedules in one drawer there are so many weeks for me to be able to loose it!......then have to get another! what a waste of paper and postage!...i wonder how many times that happens and YES i know, i know i can do it on line but there still are technophobes around that cant....surely another 3 or 4 weeks later would be better?..........there cant be that many people who will enter NOW.......[ goes and hides from the barrage of shouts of I WILL, I WILL.]......to make much difference to the influx of entries..........now i have written this it seems really petty....compared with all the problems and upsets in the world......perhaps i should get a life.......!...........lol

I'm like you. I put the schedules away and then forget about them until it's almost too late :D Then I remember that I have a schedule, somewhere, but forget where I've put them

if i have the money now to enter a champ show and the schedule plops through the door i will enter it, as when the closing date is due sometimes i don't have the cash to do it,
so i am sorry i am one of the sad few that will put the entry in early only if i have the money,
i do this with my agility shows as well,

I take it you own males then and not a coated breed   For me it is still too early at entries closing and you can guarantee they will come in season or drop their coats after entries close.

I always leave it until the last minute - usually do it online so its the very last minute !!  Although I am very organised with my schedules - all in order of closing date in a folder

Mine are all in a folder filed by month of closing date.  I fill them in at the end of the preceeding month and put the closing date on the back of the envelope so I know when to post them.  Championship shows I do online.

nope dont thinks its too early, the earlier the better - electronic diary (or good old paper calendar) and time management perhaps?

soz

:-)

I only enter if I have the money, I refuse to get into debt or overdrawn for shows - LOL

No I don't think its too early, as a family with young children and 3 dogs that we show I need to prepare and plan what shows I'm doing because of the cost, and also enter them as and when, I set myself a limit per month for shows

probably just as well isabel!!!

Ours are hole bunched and put in the folder in closing date order :)

Once enterd shows are moved into the front of the folder in date order :)

Isn't my mother well organised? LOL

I think it's good to get them out so everyone does find out the dates and work holidays round shows ;)
