How can I get my bitch to stand still to be gone over by a judge?  She stands well and doesn't shy away she just steps forward or moves  her legs as the judge starts to go over her.  Any advice welcome

I would love to know as I have a fidget that is now 7 years old.  she has managed tto do well in the ring in spite of this thankfully.

Like brainless said - I wouldn't worry too much - my boys still try and kiss the judge - if any legs move we just put them back!

but if it does bother you that much then just practice - have you taught the 'stand' command so that she knows stand is be still and stay?

so its a case of building up that staying still with someone going over - say start with them just being near, then closer, then touching her back etc. build up from there - reward when she is right - oh and perhaps introduce a release command on the stand when she can move - like ok.

But personally I don't worry to much and unless its handling classes (even then not sure) I don't think any judge does either :)
