Does anyone know the outcome of the Lords' meeting on 27th March regarding docking? The Council of Docked Breeds website hasn't been updated yet.

The Lords debated the regulations yesterday evening and they were all approved, docking will be banned but the working dog exemptions for England (and Wales I believe) were agreed.
