About 20 years ago my wife and I bought a beautiful pedigree Yorkshire terrier from a place in Chalfont St. Giles. We had a wonderful 17 years with her. We have lost the address and details in a house move, but I think the name of the kennels was Jamboree. We would be very grateful for any information or if the business is still running.

Many thanks

John and Patricia, sorry to hear that you no longer have your Yorkshire terrier, 17 years is a very long life, all credit to you.
I believe the name of the kennels you are looking for belong to Mrs M I Pianta with the KC affix Jamboree, they are based in Chalfont St Giles. All I will say is that this kennel seems to breed excessively from a large number of various breeds of dogs. This information is gathered by scanning the Kennel Club Breed supplements.
I think you must take into account that 20 years ago dog breeding was a different ball game than what it is now in some cases. I think perhaps you would be advised to contact the secretary of the the Yorkshire Terrier breed club initially for advise prior to contacting the breeder that you purchased your puppy from before.
Wish you luck and another happy 17 years with your new puppy.
Pat
