Topic Dog Boards / General / Has anyone had experience of Peter Rolph?

Peter Rolph is a dog law solicitor.  I have contacted him as I can't get hold of Trevor cooper until later on this evening.  I need advice on possible veterinary negligence.

Any experiences of Mr Rolph or Mr Cooper would be of interest as I am waiting for Mr Rolph to call me back and intend to contact Mr Cooper when he is avialable later.

Thanks

Charlotte I really honestly do feel for you and what you have suffered these last few days I personally think you should put it in the back of your mind for the next few weeks and consentrate on the new puppy you have .
My whole life came to a halt when I had my first litter I ended up in hospital myself but wouldnt let them operate on me I forced them to send me home to return later because my litter were more important to me than anything else .
This is a time you can never get back a time to enjoy your new baby and spend time with your new mum ...please dont let this eat away at you .
Sit back and make the most of this wonderful experience.

Hi Roni,
Sorry I haven't been about, I have been doing exactly what you recommended, and concentrating on Mum & pup.  Pup is feeding well now (phew!) and gaining weight steadily, he's a small wee thing, but very strong now.  I felt it important to put in writing my complaint to the vet concerned, but I just wanted to check my letter with a solicitor for content and legal standing.  Have felt much better since writing everything down and sending it off to the vet, a therapuetic process no less.  My bitch was having to be hand fed chicken as she was so ancious, but now she will eat puppy food albeit reluctanrtly, and she is coming down for a while and mixing with the rest of the pack.  The fact that she has picked up and pup is getting on well has encouraged and lifted me no end.

I still await a response tomy complaint from the vet, but I will keep you posted.

Thank you for your support & wise words. :)
