I have just ordered a sack of Timberwolf from Zooplus. Can anyone tell me how long this takes to come and is it coming from a distributor in the UK? Thanks sue.

I think it comes from Germany but mine normally only takes 2-3 days...2 normally.

They do require a signature which is a bit annoying so with us they normally deliver next door if we aren't in.

Not that I am aware...Im wondering if I can ask them whether it will be ok to not need a signature..I don't want my neighbour to get fed up of it, especially when she tries to bring (the 15kg!) bag round for us, she is 77!!   Whenever I have ordered anything like dog food in the past they would just put it round the back on the patio if no one home...hmm...I will look into it methinks!
