Can anyone tell me what you have to put before a mobile number if you are calling someone from uk to Holland. Is it the same from Holland to UK?

According to this Code list, it's +31.

Should be 0031, then drop the nought off the front of the mobile number.

Calling back to the UK would be 0044, drop the nought blah ...

If you ever travel overseas I find it more reliable to use the + sign followed by the country code with my mobile rather than the 0's but they may be an Orange thing.
