my next door neighbour has a pup about 9mths
i looked out my window on saturday and seen her dog
tied with another doi was horrifided, i asked her to contact the vet
to get the dog jaged i a, just hoping she will, the poor wee thing is
far to young for pups as shes only a pup herself.
how long after mating can she bee jaged to prevent her having
the litter as am going to take her to the vet myself or is it to
late. concered for wee thing

They can have one drug or another right up to 40 days

thanx brainless do you think it would be cheeky if
i chapped there door and offered to pay for the treatment
as wouldnt like the pup to go through it.
shes a great wee dog brillian nature just a shame who owns her.

Just be warned, unless the drugs have changed since I had to use the injection on one of my girls, the season can continue after the injection.  If your neighbours are not very responsible (!!) and it's likely that she could get caught again, it may be better to have the bitch spayed part way through her pregnancy - that's if she's pregnant.  Poor litttle thing.

You might be better having a word with your local dog warden who may be better placed to not only deal with this situation but also counsel and guide them on responsible ownership in the future.

well for the good news i have know got the dog.
know pups for hewr as took her to my vet and
she got the jags she needed,she has settled in with my own
dogs very well as she always played with them when she got over
my fence,its still abit hard to keep her from the neighbours house
so am getting a larger fence built so she cant escape .
well any way i have changed her name to tess and shes beging
to answer to it , shes a tressure to own and am glad shes
one of us know.
