Has anyone ever sent frozen semento Oz? if so, does it need to come from a rabies vaccinated dog?

I haven't done this but a very good friend of mine has.  I am as positive as I can be that the dog did not have to be vaccinated. For sure I do know that his dog isn't vaccinated. He did have to have heart tests done on his dog but maybe that is breed specific.
