a company named pedigrees-s-us supply them, they will send you details, telephone them on 01793 812300 or if puppies are KC registered, you can orde them at registration via them £6.00 per puppy i think

Some of the list members also print them if you have the details - if you are interested post again (you will have to register) and I imagine they may well get in touch with you.

Local pet shop have Sherleys ones and they are free.Download Breedmate and u can do your own on pretty paper.I bought some nice paper on-line with Springer spaniel Watermarks(my breed) and they look lovely when printed up

I just drew a template using 'word', added our dancing dog logo, and then fill in the details for each litter. Got some realy pretty sparkly lilac paper - hevay, but not quite card weight, and print them on it.
