You kind people gave me the idea for a kennel name a little while ago (Gift of the Gab). Mum is called Gaby. We have now chosen the pup but still cannot decide on a pet name. She is a liver/white ***** Her markings are almost as if she is wearing a liver jacket or saddle which goes almost have way down her back. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.
No the solid liver will stay though the ticking may darken slightly. She is a bit like 'Cookies and Cream' so have thought of names like Coco. Cookie, Oreo, Kona, Mocca, Truffle. I just cant decide
I'm sure HG will be able to help you with lots of chocolate related names if that is another theme you are considering. I know a Rottweiler pup called Moccha and a cocker called Ripple. :)
"Sattel" is German for saddle according to my dictionary, but it's not very inspiring. "Geschenk" is a gift. In mountaineering an 'arete' is a ridge (sort of saddleish :) ). "Parcel" is a sort of gift. Or on the food theme "Icing" (like icing sugar dusted on chocolate) or "Dumpling" (like dumplings and stew). Or if you fancy Scots Gaelic I can ask my granny if she knows the translation for saddle. Any help?
