OH is trying to join the forum under a different id to myself but he is having trouble, he keeps getting a message saying " user accounts can only be registered by administrators in this forum".
Does anyone know why this is happening?  I didnt get this when i joined...

No one can register now without going through Admin and only one user account per household is allowed.
