Very sad but what on earth were they doing in a shed
Yes, I agree sheds are not the most secure of places to keep pups, you've only to ask all the people with stolen lawnmowers and I doubt very warm either, not like a heated kennel or better still nice warm house. Nethertheless must be someone local to even know they were there, I would be looking very close to home, very sad, hope that the pups are soon found.
Surely you shouldn't keep a puppy in a shed full stop? Let alone without innoculations? :-( Am I overreacting here?

I think you probably are over-reacting. There's often very little difference between a shed and an outdoor kennel - in fact I know several people who have their home office in their shed. :)

Hi
the article really didnt give any details did it? I take it the owner was the breeder. The shed as far as we know could be a huge big palace with heating, beds, the works but because it just said shed we instantly think of a small cold, damp place we keep the lawnmower. I know many breeders that keep dogs in shedsthat are adapted to be used as a kennel. I did it myself once.
I keep my rabbits in a shed. They all have individual hutches and it cost me a small fortune but I still get looks when I say they are it the shed.
I do hope the pups are found
