hi does anyone have one of these? if so can u tell me how to turn the volume up, as when ever i speak to any one on it, i can hardly hear what they saying, i have been all through the settings and cant find anyway of doing it, thanks hope some 1 can help please.   sue

never had one-i've always had nokias, but when i want to turn the volume up or down, there's either buttons on the side of the phone, of you can use the up and down / left and right keys on the directional pad. Have you tried that?

there no keys on the side, yeh tried every thing, must be a way some how, it driving me mad

If it's like most other Sagems, you can turn the volume up/down while talking/listening, by pressing the top right/left buttons on the fascia, this will bring up the volume screen :)   You may be able to put it on speakerphone by pressing the green telephone button while talking as well :) :)

Forgot to say :

Apparently you can also put it on speakerphone (handsfree) :D  I checked on Google :)  Just press the green telephone key while you are talking and you should be able to hear it REALLY loud :) :)
