What advice can you give to help an owner with a three year old bitch that becomes very aggressive during her season

In this case I would advise spaying, if it is the only time her temperament is suspect, no seasons no change in temeperament.

If you want to try homeopathy, before deciding to spay, it may well help. I expect the remedy to try would be Sepia, but it would be advisable to get advice - perhaps from www.ainsworths.com who will advise and supply the remedy. It will cost less than £10 an dmay well help if you would rather not spay. However I give this advice guardedly as only you know HOW aggressive the bitch is, if she is dangerous to dogs or people then I would spay her . the ideal time being half way between seasons.
