Has anyone been able to download a claim form from their website yet? Tried to phone up for one and the voice mail message said that you can now download them on www.marksandspencer.com. Well i've looked all over the website and can't find one anywhere, am i going mad?

It doesn't look like they've updated their website yet.  I've just had a look (tv's really bad!) and the site says that a form is sent out with your documents or to phone for one - no mention of downloading.  You're quite sane!!

are you sure you dont have one.  They send you one with your documents and then another everytime you make a claim.

I had the same problem. I got them to e-mail me one. If you want me I can email you a copy .

I also heard on the voice mail that you can download one from the website. I also asked when I renewed my policy with them, to be told that YES they can now be downloaded from the website.

I looked after I had finished on the phone & I couldn't find it anywhere, all it says is to phone for one!
