Some of you may remember I posted on here a while ago because from getting the mortgage agreement to signing the actual mortgage agreement a cash back of £700 went missing.

Well finally after 7 weeks of waiting we have been told today that we will get that money back! Im so relieved! We have got a tenant in the house so its now going towards any repairs! One less thing to worry about. Thanks to everyone who offered advice!

Oh that's really good news - bet you're glad you persevered now! :)

Thank goodness for that, you must be so relieved.  Keep smiling your a Tycoon now or in my case Typhoon, just went through my property like one and have put it on the market, having made a profit so looking for a new venture next year.

It's a bit like chocolate, you cant stop at one.
