Well we found out the other day that the house we bought in October has finally been accepted by a young man and he will start renting on Saturday!

The pressure taken off us is immense! I only have the one mortgage to worry about now!! Roll on 3 years and we'll be buying our 2nd house to rent out!! :D

Yeah its great when you get the first one, but not so great when you have to clean up when that one leaves and the next one comes along.  No seriously, never had any problems with strangers renting it is always family that makes a mess.

Yeah I can imagine with family leaving it in a mess! I'm really excited about the whole thing and my financial advisor was on the phone the other day telling me in a year and a half we will be trying for the next one! :o

Its so scary though! My OH was having 2nd thoughts at the beginning but he's ok now.

In three years time when you buy your next one, I'll bet he will say that it was all his idea!!!  :)
