Hi, My bitch is expecting her 2nd litter. 1st litter born normally on 62nd day after mating. She is now 62 days following mating ( mated just the once) with no signs of anything happening. No panting digging etc. She is calm and happy. My question is, at what stage would you take her into the Vet. If she goes until monday she will be 64 days, would you take her then or not. Thanks.

My last bitch whelped her last litter 68 days after the first mating (66 days after second). If the bitch isn't distressed and the pups are still active, I wouldn't panic. :)

ditto, my Kizi went five days over her last litter, due date her second and five days early her first.
