Just asking on the off chance that anyone else had a look at the article with the pictures of the animal babies inside the womb? There was a golden retriever and an elephant (not in the same womb obviously!). I thought it was fascinating. Amazing pictures. Wish I'd kept the paper now!

Do you get to see the puppies when the vet inspects the pregnant female? Do they use ultrasound?

Yes, I saw this in the Telegraph and am very much looking forward to the programme :)  I think these are 3D ultrasounds which will be very much more visually impressive than you would see on a general ultrasound but I am sure the sonographer would be happy to show you them.
